John Cicek grew up in Denver's Washington Park neighborhood, the son of a contractor and a schoolteacher. From an early age, he developed a deep appreciation for Colorado's architecture, its neighborhoods, and the way a great home can shape a family's life. That appreciation became the foundation of his career.

After earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, John spent several years in commercial real estate before transitioning to residential sales in 2009. The move proved transformative. John discovered that his true passion was helping individuals and families navigate one of the most significant decisions of their lives — and doing it with the care, expertise, and personal attention they deserved.

Over the past 2 years, John has built a practice that spans Colorado's most desirable neighborhoods — from the historic Victorians of Washington Park and the luxury condos of Cherry Creek to the vibrant lofts of RiNo and the family estates of Highlands Ranch. His deep neighborhood knowledge, combined with rigorous market analysis and skilled negotiation, has helped numerous clients achieve their real estate goals.

John lives in Cherry Creek with his wife, two children, and their rescue dog. When he's not working, you'll find him hiking Colorado's trails, exploring Denver's incredible restaurant scene, or skiing in the Rockies.
